Responsibilities:

1. Lead accounting accurately and timely.

2. Prepare Finance Reporting monthly package and Financial Forecasts quarterly together with necessary analysis.

3. Maintain good relationship with all local authorities. Ensure all company activities comply with accounting & legal requirements.

4. Minimize tax liabilities through planning, researching, executing and defending all
Handling of internal and external auditors.

5. Revenue planning and reporting including all kinds of sales statistics generation (in value and quantities, sales deduction analysis, product profitability analysis etc) as well as budget planning.

6. Provide senior management with transparent and in-depth analysis of business performance;

7. Own business forecasting process.

8. Capex management, including conducting investment appraisal on big projects.

9. Handling of internal and external auditors.

10. Internal control and safe guard in-company assets under compliance guidelines.

11. China Branch accountant communication.

12. Further tasks on request.

Requirements:

Education Level:	Bachelor and above degree in Finance/Accounting
Language:	Fluently in Mandarin and English
Minimum Experience:	5 years above relevant experience.
Field of Experience:	Experiences in freight forwarding is preferred
Computer Skills:	Advanced level of computer literacy and office software
Others:	International mindset/ Financial & business acumen Self Managed & Result Driven/Good communication and organization skills Ability to work in a process environment ACCA/CPA/CICPA qualification is preferred
