要 求：
6 plus years of experience in strategic sourcing for a large, multi-national company.
4 year degree in business, procurement/supply chain, finance, or related degree. MBA preferred but not required.
Strong Asia regional knowledge and experience.
Demonstrated ability to think globally and strategically, and will have specific experience designing and implementing a global/regional sourcing strategy for a multi-billion dollar company.
Successful track record building and leading a high performance sourcing operation across multiple sites, preferably in an environment with a high product complexity.
Known for leading an organization that continuously develops and implements process improvements to improve quality and delivery while reducing costs.
Fluent English & Chinese or the required local lang both written and verbal.

职 责：
Member of Pacific Direct Materials team across Asia. Team will consist of 4 – 8 members.
Establish and achieve regional targets across all Direct category areas (KRM, Chemicals, Additives, Ingredients). Targets will be achieved jointly with both businesses and functions.
Disseminate communication relating to vision & mission throughout regional organization; cascade key organizational messages
Ensure regional support to meet global category objectives
Align regional efforts and set priorities for regional team; resolve any resource conflicts
Work with regional category leads to translate global category strategies into regional strategies
Ensure category leads coordinate globally (where applicable)
Consistently monitor regional business unit coverage & engagement – ensure business needs are being represented & incorporated into category strategies
Work with Pacific Regional/cty/site Sourcing Teams to provide regional demand requirements, support needs, and ensure center driven resources and efforts are effectively leveraged for Global/Regional Key focused category
Manage designated supplier relationships with Supplier Performance Dashboards
Work with Pacific commercial finance team to track KRM and focused category's inflation and deflation, provide business with market pricing forecast, supply demand trend and competition movements.
Update and Maintain BPA in Pacific for GCM, RCM owned Category
