MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1) Sourcing from multiple media, website, trade shows for new suppliers / new products in China

2) Provide coaching to suppliers during the on-boarding process to ensure compliance

and documents collection

3) Organize comparison sheets and additional supporting documentation to provide a comprehensive analysis on product specifications and cost

4) Prepare and administer completion of vendor profile, FCQA and factory visit reports

5) Maintain existing supplier information, including contact list, signed SBA, RTV, NDA.

Financial and Legal certification, company profile, product photo recap, etc.

6) File and correctly group new catalogue

7) Assist in the arrangement of trip itineraries and the arrangement of accomodations including hotel booking and transportation

8) Prepare agenda for key projects conference call and write meeting minutes

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

BS or above in Business Management or related field with 3 years of working experience preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

1) Good communication skill

2) Sound PC skills such as MS word, Excel. Powerpoint is a Must

3) Prior sourcing experience is preferred

4) Knowledge of importing and exporting is preferred

5) Good in oral and written English

6) Detail oriented, eager to learn, flexible
