职位描述
SUMMARY
Responsible for all sales activities in assigned EMS (Electronic Manufactory Service) accounts in North China. Maintain and develop key strategic accounts to maximize the business for all Infineon products. Following up on both demand fulfillment and demand creation.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
2.Prepare action plans and schedules to achieve specific targets.
3.Explore business needs and make regular contact with clients.
4.Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. Could identify and address clients’ concerns in timely manner.
5.Prepare presentations, proposals and sales planning in regular base.
6.Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
7.Manage services quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
8.Regular update a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
9.Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and workshop events.
10.Follow-up for collection of payment.
11.Coordinate with logistic team for shipping schedules and delivery.
12.Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1.University degree or similar education level.
2.2+ years of professional experience in sales and account management. EMS account management is preferred.
3.Good knowledge in technical areas of semi-conductor, mobile phone, automotive etc.
4.Good knowledge of cross functions collaboration and could interface multiple internal groups, like Sales, Product team, Logistics, Marketing, etc.
5.Strong communication and business negotiation skills;
6.Proven record in excellent problem solving, presentation, and business analysis skills
7.Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must
8.Able to work under pressure
9.Willing to travel frequently within China and overseas.
