职位概述General description about your position:

负责DS全国经销商网络的拓建，包括经销商甄选、经销商建店、开业前验收等

Responsible for the capacity development of DS dealer network in China including dealer selection, construction, pre-opening check

主要职责Your typical responsibility:

· 经销商甄选、评估、指定来扩大网络

Dealer selection, evaluation, appointment to enlarge the network

· 支持经销商建筑团队监督并管理经销店建店流程

Support Dealer Construction team to monitor and manage the construction process

· 制作经销商寻找、评估、甄选的相关报告（候选者评估材料，申请材料以及评估报告等）

Managing, reporting and tracking dealer prospecting, evaluation, selection (candidate prospecting package and ad., application, evaluation report, etc.)

· 经销商开业相关准备的跟踪及协调（公司注册、营业执照、资金、员工招聘及培训、设备安装等）

Dealer launch tracking and coordinating (registration, license, capitalization, staff recruiting and training, facility readiness)

· 经销商网络管理（谅解备忘录、开业前验收等）

Dealer network franchising administration management (MOU, Pre-Opening Check, etc.)

· 经销商数据库更新

Dealer profile and database update

· 领导委派的其他工作

Other assignments from the supervisor

绩效评估标准 Performance Appraisal Standard:

· 筛选出足够的经销商数量以及确保其及时开业

Right number and timely open of new certified dealers

· 高端市场占有率以及城市覆盖率

Premium market volume and city coverage

· 经销商的质量

The quality of dealers

· 精准及时的经销商网络信息分析以及KPI报告

Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of dealer network info. analysis and KPIs reports

任职条件 Qualification of your position:

· 大学本科学历或以上

Bachelor degree or above.

· 专业要求：企业管理、营销专业；机械/汽车工程专业优先

Major in general business management, marketing, mechanical/auto engineering will be preferred

· 至少拥有2年主机厂区域经销商销售或售后工作经验或在国内经销商集团工作经验

At least 2 years in dealer network area or 5 years in sales or after-sales working experience either at international manufacturers or dealer groups in China.

· 至少拥有1年的管理经验

Minimum 1 years management experience.

· 要求具备良好的财务或业务分析能力。

Good financial or business analysis skills are required.

· 优秀的人际沟通能力,性格开朗以及较高的领导能力

Strong interpersonal skills, pleasant personality with a high degree of integrity, leadership skills.

· 以结果为导向的工作风格和良好的规划和组织能力

Self-reliant and result-driven working style with good planning and organizational skills.

· 良好的英文书面和口头表达能力

Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English are essential

· 精通Excel, Word and PowerPoint应用系统

Proficient with MS Office (esp. MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

· 能接受频率较高的出差

Willing to travel very frequently within China
