JOB PURPOSE

To assist Line Manger to arrange the local products to be transferred from SH Toll Blender and Shenzhen Plant to Marine Bond warehouses in the safe situation timely and efficiently.

To prepare the Customs Clearance documents for the products from Plant to Marine bond warehouses.

To fulfill Marine orders in the Manta system.

ACCOUNTABILITY/SCOPE DATA

Subordinates: no

Scope data: The products cost to be arranged the delivery are RMB 20,000,000 yearly about.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- To monitor and follow up the products production and Commodity inspection date, and arrange the products delivery from SH TB & Shenzhen Plant to Marine Bond warehouse after products available.

- To prepare documents of the products Customs Clearance before the products delivery.

- To take goods receipt in JDE for the products from SH TB to the bond warehouse.

- To keep record for the products production, commodity inspection, transportation arrangement and goods receipt in the worksheet in order that the primary transportation can be followed up effectively.

- To fulfill the orders in the Manta system within the required cycle time, and record the cycle time percentage of the fulfillment in the report.

- To monitor DRN receiving date and record the percentage of DRN receiving within 3 days after order delivery in order that DRN sending can meet our requirement.

DECISION MAKING/ PROBLEM SOLVING

- To decide how many and when the products will be delivered.

- To resolve the issues on the primary transportation and order fulfillment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND COMPETENCIES

· Sound knowledge of supply chain, especially for Logistics

· Basic knowledge on the Planning

· good communicate in English and Mandarin

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· University degree

· At least 1 year working experience in the Logistics department or company.
