1. Report to PD directly, he will lead China Design team to offer a comprehensive and commercial informal collection to raise Northern China SPF equal or even higher than South China

2. To provide concrete and precise product development and design directions so that the informal collection will be competitive in Northern market and conform to G2000 group DNA.

3. Working with Buying team closely, he needs to merchandise the line architecture to provide right assortments between our signature formal and his self developed informal line to maximize business in Northern China down to different shop class especially in Winter time.

4. Always aware of market informations like the SPF, business model, product assortments and best sellers of our benchmark competitors so the informal line always stays strong and competitive.

5. Able to walk along and work smoothly with HK design team so that the whole G2000 line is able to migrate into broader and higher price range with premium product lines.

6. Must be in the industry for at least around 10-15 years with profound performance in our benchmarking competitors. Strong fashion sense, Good interpersonal and leadership skills, strong logical mind and able to work under pressure.
