Volkswagen Hong Kong Limited (VWHK) operates directly under the Volkswagen Group. It has implemented the roles of importership, retailer, sales and marketing, and after-sales service since August 2008.

We are currently seeking high caliber individuals for Volkswagen Hong Kong Limited.

Responsibilities

· Steer and support the dealers in sales and aftersales activities

· Ensure the showroom facilities and customer services meeting the brand requirement

· Strategic planning in Macau market development (EFV; strategic models, fleet sales, etc.)

· Coordinate, establish and maintain relationship in between the wholesales (Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, etc) and retails to ensure continuous support of the business

· Monitor the targets and performance of the dealers

· Conduct sales and product training for dealers

Requirements

· Bachelor Degree or above

· 8 years dealer management or relevant experience, preferably from automobile industry

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Strong in project management, problem solving and decision making

· Good spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
