Job Descriptions

· Develop and execute sales plan, sales programs and activities

· Coach and lead the sales teams to enhance the sales performance and customer satisfaction

· Compile and review sales reports and relevant performance data to measure and ensure productivity, profitability and goal achievement

· Manage the daily operation and administration of sales teams

· Resolve customer complaints regarding the sales and services

Requirements

· At least 8 years’ solid experience in sales in which 3 years in managerial position

· Good sales track record

· Excellent customer service skills and presentation skills

· Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

· Holder of valid Driving License is a must
