Advanced Specialist Structural Planning Electrical

Employment – full time

Tasks

- Structural Planning for electrical, utilities systems and constructions

- Evaluation of systems and properties

- Plant project planning, realization, take over, checking, and management

Key Responsibility

- Helps to make schedule plan and the investment plan for renovation projects and basic construction projects

- Structural Planning of change requests, evaluation of options and opportunities, risks and costs, set up proposals for realization, discussion with business unit

- Approval of planning’s of external partners, evaluation of specifications for construction, accompany of tender exercises, evaluation of offers, execution of the orders

- Accompany the execution of major and minor projects, control the timing, quality and cost of the project, initiate according activities in case of deviations, plan and set up of the commissioning, testing, approval and hand over of the project to operation

- Management of frame contracts, specifications and providers

- Evaluation of HVLV, electrical and utility Systems and properties

- Develop and create action plans and cost estimations for budget and investment planning

Qualification

- Bachelor degree or above in civil engineering, utilities engineering or related major

- Knowledge in structural Planning and Projects Management in industrial environment

- Knowledge in Continuous Improvement principles

- Knowledge in Quality Management Principles

- Use in MS Office software

- Good English in Speaking and writing

- 4 years experience in structural planning electrical and projects management

- 4 years experience in contract biding and acceptance process
