Manager Problem Management Process (PMP)

Tasks

Responsible for the Problem Management Process at BMW Brilliance Automotive in terms of process definition, continuous improvement and implementation of the process

Key Responsibilities

- Process owner at BMW Brilliance Automotive for an effective Problem Management Process. Continuous verification of effectiveness. Alignment with PMP owner at BMW AG

- Overall steering of the Problem Management Process across the cores R&D, Production and Sales/ Aftersales

- Overall responsibility for the problem management via QLM Platform (quality steering module) from Target agreement until end of production.

- Operational steering of the PMP within the project. Priorization and escalation of high priority quality topics

- Lessons learned feedback for new products

Qualifications

- Master or Bachelor of Science (e.g. automotive, mechanics, electrics/electronics)

- Knowledge of quality management processes and tool

- Knowledge of project management

- Knowledge of entire vehicle systems

- Knowledge of development process (PEP), Production and Supplier

- Knowledge of Sales and Market processes

- Proficient English, German would be an advantage

- Automobile industry experience,4-6 years

- Quality management experience,1-3 years

- Experience in working across various cores of a company,1-3 years
