Manager Quality Target and Project Assessment

Employment – full time

Tasks

Responsible for quality target definition process and setting of quality target based on benchmark and surveys. Verification of vehicles project via projekt assessment

Key Responsibilities

- Organization of club studies, including study concept, random sample, methods, procedure of interpretations and alignment with other participating OEM

- Analysis and interpretation of study results

- Derive appropriate over vehicles quality targets and CoC specific targets

- Assessment of vehicle project at the project synchropoints regarding Market/Sales, R&D, Production, Quality, Economics and Project Management

- Identification of risks or potential risks and creation of full transparency of the vehicle project for a qualified escalation if necessary

Qualifications

- Master or Bachelor of Science (e.g. automotive, mechanics, electrics/electronics)

- Knowledge of quality management processes and tool

- Knowledge of project management

- Knowledge of Finance and Controlling principals at BMW Brilliance Automotive

- Knowledge of development process (PEP) and Production

- Knowledge of Sales and Market processes

- Proficient English, German would be an advantage

- Automobile industry experience,4-6 years

- Quality management experience,1-3 years

- Experience in working across variouse cores of a company,1-3 years
