Employment – full time

Tasks

To manage the E-book requirements of F52 projects and the alignment with other interface department as well as performing and steering the whole import, export, & reconciliation process for processing trade vehicles

Key Responsibilities

- To set up the standard process for E-book management of F52

- Planning the general E-book timing line in terms of the whole project status

- To coordinate with local Customs and Foreign economic and trade committee for the E-Book daily operational issues

- Responsible for F52 processing trade approval process with local Customs& Foreign economic and trade committee and set up legal approved import&export process

- To initiate first e-book registration and updates for import parts BOM and export vehicle variants

- Responsible for import&export customs data management at E-port and periodically e-book reconciliation for F52 processing trade

- To coordinate with local CIQ for the on-site car inspection in the production line

- Checking and approving all cost payment to service provider for F52 export with processing trade

Qualifications

- University degree in logistics, international trade, economics, & business administration

- Knowledge of supply chain in manufacturing industry

- Knowledge of processing trade

- Knowledge of regulations related to Customs& CIQ operation.

- Familiar with the process of license application and catalogue management

- Good team work spirit and good communication skills

- Skilled application in MS office and SAP

- Proficient English both in oral and written

- Experience in tariff code classification is preferred,4-6 years

- Experience in multinational culture is preferred,4-6 years

- Working experience of import and export customs clearance ,4-6 years

- Working experience in H.S. code classification is preferred,4-6 years

- Experience in processing trade and project management,1-3 years
