岗位主要职责（一般情况下具体的任务和职责）：
1.负责IDC需求分析和网络方案设计；
2.带领团队完成IDC关键技术的研究和原型验证；
3.作为IDC领域的专家，持续跟踪IDC的技术发展，输出技术分析报告，并协助产品规划和设计；

工作地点：北京、USA

任职的主要条件：
1.对数据中心（IDC）深入的研究，对产业的发展方向如云计算对IDC的影响有深刻的理解；
2.具有丰富的数据中心（IDC）交换机产品设计、开发经验。
3.良好的团队精神和沟通能力；
4.通讯、电子类硕士及以上学位。

Position Title： IDC Expert
Report to： Director of the Bearer Network Product Pre_research Department
Responsibility：（Specific tasks and responsibilities）：
1.IDC requirement analysis and solution design.
2.As the team leader, responsible for the IDC key technologies research and prototype development.
3.Providing the trend report on IDC industry.
Location： Beijing China, or USA
Requirement：
1.Good experience in cloud computation IDC solution design and deployment.
2.Good experience in Ethernet switch product design and development.
3.Strong technology sense and excellent communication skills in Chinese and English.
4.MS or BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
