Major Responsibilities

- Assist superior to drive the team to meet sales target

- Assist superior to increase market awareness of SC products among the travel industry and corporate & associations in the sales region.

- Assist superior to develop new business opportunities and identify market potentials in the sales region.

- Assist superior to smooth the communication and cooperation internally for SC Southern China sales team with other SC-PRC offices and various departments.

- Assist superior To maintain good relationship with related tourism board (eg.: HKTB, STB, Tourism Malaysia, Tourism Authority of Thailand, Tourism Hainan and Sanya etc.) and major customers (travel agents and corporate). To pay personal visit and/or entertain with those top executives when required.

- Assist superior to explore and work with joint-promotion partners (such as travel agents, tourism offices, airlines… etc.) for image-building and/or cruise booking capturing joint-promotion projects. To maintain good relationship with them is necessary.

- To attending and/or participating with PR functions in the sales region on the behalf of the company.

- To supervise (including, training, marketing project) the activities and service quality of the Guangzhou sales team.

- To introduce SC products to travel agents, corporate & associations in the sales region through sales visits, product presentations and seminars.

- To capture FIT and MICE group business from travel agents, corporate & associations of the sales region.

- To monitor travel agent cruise package, selling price,sales performance

- To monitor agent AD and collateral

- To collect market intelligence and customer feedback to superior.

- To sail with incentive groups and/or familiarization groups when required.

- To have business trips within China or go overseas when required.

- To prepare Weekly Sales Plan and Weekly Sales Activity Report to superior.

- Other administrative task of SC-Guangzhou sales.

Qualifications & Experience

- College graduate with minimum 5 years’ travel industry working experience, or hotel/tourism school graduate with minimum 4 years’ travel industry working experience.

- Good knowledge and strong connection in the travel industry (especially in outbound travel) and/or corporate commercials in the sales region are essential.

- Good command of speaking and writing Mandarin is a must.

- Supervisory skill is advantageous;

- Professional skill in sales management is essential;

- Decent and positive personality, initiative and hard working.

Good interpersonal and communication skill, and be able to work under pressure.
