Candidate Profile:
- Strong background in quality processes and procedure.
- Strong materials and manufacturing knowledge.
- Strong background in quality processes and systems.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and follow up.
- Knowledge of various quality concepts, such as process capability, lean manufacturing, SPC, continuous improvement, mistake proofing, 5s, single piece flow.
- Knowledge of compliance, testing, patterns and design.
- Able to prioritize and organize multiple tasks.
- Able to travel frequently (around 60-70% of time).
- Excellent communication skills, a team player who could work well with all levels.
- Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Good command of written and spoken of Chinese and English.
- A systematic problem-solver and able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.

Job Profile:
- Lead initiatives assuring the company's quality standards for performance, fit and compliance are defined, clearly understood and maintained at all suppliers.
- Provide feedback and help drive short term and long term strategic sourcing plans
- Plan and maintain strategies for optimum field coverage to provide conclusive supplier performance information.
- Certifies and maintain the company audits at factories and is responsible for ensuring capable certified auditors are trained and located at each supplier.
- Develops and facilitate implementation of defect and error prevention systems with suppliers.
- Generate cross-functional communication and teamwork between sourcing, development, production, logistics, product management, finance and other departments.
- Plan and conduct company's strategic quality audit plan (SQAP) at factories.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance through supplier quality reports (SQR's) and supplier quality assessment reports.
- Develop and drive corrective action plans with suppliers based on performance as measured by the company's SQAP.
- Participate in / lead product qualification process and proper preproduction process at the factory.
- Implement / maintain concepts for prevention systems to eliminate error at suppliers.
- Maintain information integrity and monitor / addresses supplier data trends.
- Evaluate, approve, train and certify new suppliers on a planned timeframe during start up period.
-Monitor the company's processes / expectations for raw materials at the factory.
- Ensure supplier monitors raw materials components compatibility prior to production.
- Quantify loss in the field and present useable data to leverage change and prevention at the factory.
