岗位职责：
Description (I)Business- 1. Under supervision of marketing director, develop and implement annual marketing plan for brand to achieve sales and profit targets within budget 2. Write up reviews for key marketing activities, new product launch and lesson learnt for next year planning 3. Provide inputs on the development of the best local adaptation of franchise footprint and new product roadmap based on business understanding 4. Develop annual consumer research plan to find best local consumer insights for overall communication plan and new product ideas 5. Write up key market research summary for business implications 6. Develop annual media plan with advertising agency to achieve business objective while maximizing cost efficiency and review execution results on monthly basis for refinements 7. Lead NPD business team to ensure timely new product launch with flawless execution 8. Prepare Stage 1/2/3 exit documents for new initiatives through Global New Product Process 9. Act as key window for advertising agency related subjects-Manage regular weekly meeting, project update, ensure contact report is issued on time 10.Ensure timely and adequate sales forecast for each product is delivered to demand team (II)People- 1. Coach direct reports on development of marketing skills 2. Timely implement performance appraisal and career plan with direct report/ Identify needs for job enrichment 3. Be a role model for SOL behavior 4. Be an effective team leader for business team
