职位描述
Responsibilities:
* To lead Global Projects for China operations.
* Form business alignment with Global subsidiaries to establish project development roadmap & action plan.
* Establish total project time line and sub-actions time line for each work units.
* To set key milestones to track progress & update with Global project team regularly .
* Develop corrective actions / catch-up plan as when necessary.
* Manage manufacturing resources alignment in conjunction with the Request for Quote process
Requirements:
* Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines.
* Minimum 3 years working experiences with Multinational manufacturing company.
* Relevant work knowledge in large-scale projects with in-depth project management know-how.
* Able to handle multi-projects (at least 5) concurrently.
* Good analytical skill & problem solving skill, must be a hands-on person.
* Able to conduct constructive discussions / negotiations with Cross Function Teams (customers)
* Knowledge in machine design or stamping tooling/plastic injection mold.
* Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
