职位描述

高级生产主管/Sr. Production Supervisor—外资制造业优先

Job Descriptions:

1. Plan the manpower to support scheduled volumes and also shall include potential business growths;

2. Establish relationship and interfaces required with other department;

3. Plan and recommend for the smooth build of new products with support group;

4. Plan for maximum output and standard quality;

5. Plan for the people motivate and training;

6. Implement manufacturing operation plans on time;

7. Select and control the human resources base upon the schedule volumes;

8. Improve production efficiency and control production cost;

9. Minimize scrap line loss inventory;

10. Provide the proper training programs to the production people;

11. Provide & ensure the proper working environment, safety and good housekeeping;

12. Maintain and support implemented plans;

13. Solve the production problems with supporting groups;

14. Feedback the production & process problems to the concerned groups;

15. Monitor and control the indirect material usage;

16. Maintain all related equip., machine in an operations conditional as all time;

17. Maintain manufacturing documents process instruction;

18. Maintain in safety & housekeeping clean and orderly;

19. Daily production output & wip status;

20. Indirect material usage;

21. To keep good work performance and perform other job assignment as required from supervisory.

Job Requirements:

1. College above Degree, Major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, more than five year‘s experience in Manufacturing company;

2. Be familiar with 5S, Production Plan, Lean; Basic knowledge in TPM;

3. Good Team Organizer and Communication Capability;

4. Good at Written and Spoken English;

5. Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
