工作职责：

1. 建立和完善公司的招聘流程和招聘体系，根据业务发展需求，统计各部门的招聘需求，编制年度人员招聘计划；
2. 充分利用各种招聘渠道满足公司的人才需求；
3. 实施内部沟通渠道的日常管理，协调内部沟通平台的搭建，协助员工满意度调查和各项专题调查工作，以促进公司与员工之间和谐关系的建立；
4. 参与公司企业文化建设工作，营造符合企业文化的员工工作环境和氛围；
5. 员工职业发展辅导，促进员工保持良好的职业心态；
6. 处理员工冲突，解决员工投诉和劳资纠纷问题；
7. 通过各种有效方式，建立和维护和谐的员工关系。

职位要求：

1. 本科以上学历，三年以上人力资源管理相关工作经验；
2. 熟悉相关劳动法律法规，具备较强劳动争议处理经验，了解人力资源管理知识，熟悉公司人力资源管理的各项规章制度；
3. 有主持员工大型活动经验优先；
4. 有较强的文字功底及制度撰写能力；
5. 思路清晰，有较强的沟通协调能力、谈判能力和团队协作能力；
6. 亲和力强，积极主动，有大局观，具有强烈的责任心和事业心；
7. 具有良好的英文听说读写能力；
8. 熟练操作办公软件。
