Sr. QA/QE Supervisor /高级品质主管-客诉质量经验优先

岗位职责：

1. 客户投诉的接收、分析、调查、拟定处理对策及跟进；
2. 收集和反馈客诉意见，并统计实际落实情况，及时分析与回馈，独立负责小宗客诉地处理；
3. 为了高效的做好顾客服务，必须保持良好的心态，细致的记录和分析问题，监视顾客的要求在公司的落实情况，积极和顾客沟通，反馈各种信息，超越顾客的期望；
4. 定期处理客户退回的投诉产品；客户关系维持，提升客户满意度；
5. 部门交付的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1. 大学本科及以上学历，包装、印刷、化工相关行业优先；
2. 3年以上品质管理工作经验；熟悉相关质量工具如FMEA、APQP、PPAP、SPC、8D等；
3. 具有一定的数据收集和分析能力，能组织品质改善活动；
4. 熟练掌握Office软件，具备良好的文案表达能力；
5. 工作认真，责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调能力；
6. 大学英语四级以上、读写良好。
