Production Planning Manager/生产计划/物料控制经理-跨国500强企业
A fortune 500 company is now seeking a senior profile Production Planning Manager in their Guangzhou plant.
Summary：
Lead & manage PPC Team on the production material planning and production scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive key service metrics that include On time delivery and Leadtime goals
- Work with sales and customer service to drive forecast accuracy
- Strategically plan, manage and monitor production capacity (including machine and people) to meet market requirements and productivity goals
- Strategically plan, manage and monitor inventory to align with overall service and cost objectives
- Initiate and drive kaizens and improvement projects to achieve year over year improvement in service, productivity and inventory
- Lead the entire PPC team to provide a good & professional service to internal & external customers
- Coach and provide on-the-job training to the PPC, officer,PPC clerk
- Manage and lead the team to adopt good 5S practice and comply with EHS requirements
- Ensure all employees participate in company-organized training on ISO9001, FSC and EHS, and follow related procedures & WI
Qualification:
- College or above.
- Good reading & written in English, a good spoken English is preferred.
- At least 7 years relevant experience in PPC, 2 years in manager level is a must.
- Good at communication, negotiation & cooperation;
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Exercise Insightful Judgment to plan production
- Lead Courageously PPC team
