职位描述
Beauty Training Manager/美容产品培训经理-欧美快消行业
岗位职责：
- 根据亚太区总部的要求制定培训计划，编制培训教材，推进培训落实情况、监督培训效果并进行改善；
- 收集产品竞争的信息，收集全国市场产品销售方面的难题，及时反馈给总部；
- 解答营销人员关于产品的咨询和提问，并为分公司产品投诉工作提供技术支持；
- 区域美容顾问的招聘、培训、指导、考核等管理工作；建立相应课程考试程序和制度，严格考试过程管理；
- 策划开展大型促销活动，组织并主持促销、沙龙、讲座、演示等活动，区域促销现场的援助指导；
- 支援其他地区及国家的美容产品培训项目，协助向营销人员/顾客讲授培训课程。
岗位要求：
- 全日制本科以上学历，专修过彩妆、整体造型相关专业优先；
- 具有大型快消行业或海归经验优先；
- 3年以上化妆品培训及主持大型展示活动的经验；
- 良好的演讲技巧、沟通协调、应变能力及亲和力，富工作激情；
- 人品端正，皮肤好、气质佳，性格活泼开朗，语言表达能力良好；
- 良好英语听说读写能力，熟练运用Microsoft Office办公软件。
