About the Role
In this role, as a Sr. Mobile Product Manager, you’ll be leading the development on one of our most strategic product, designing the iPhone Mobile Browser for hundred’s of millions of users.

You'll responsible for the entire product development cycle throughout market analysis, user requirement study, design and own the entire implementation process from concept to release, you will need to develop a team to re-define competitive mobile browsing experience better than the ones from the best companies.

Key Responsibilities
1.Create the best mobile browser that you love, for hundreds of millions of users；
2.Responsible for UC Browser for iPhone, manage the whole product cycle from conception, design, development to release product；
3.Research technical and product trends and identify new product directions, features and technical integration opportunities；
4.Gather and distill requirements from user behaviors and experience studies,translate these into a minimal viable product and a cohesive sustainable vision；
5.Define vision and features for each product release, create wireframes, PRDs and other illustrations to convey feature ideas and gather feedback；
6.Review, edit and prioritize bugs and features；
7.Jointly working with UX designer and engineering team on product requirements；
8.Collaborate closely with R&D, testing, and user experience team to develop and release and optimize the product;
9.Support product marketing team to improve market share in the mobile browser domain;
10.Explore and discuss with the Silicon Valley innovations, drive integration with 3rd parties.

Desired Experience & Skills
1.Strong vision and deep understanding in mobile Internet consumer products, proven experience in development of native mobile applications, intuitive in user oriented design;
2.3+ years experience in PC browser, mobile browser or other iOS application development and operation, lead developer experience in application requirement analysis, feature design and development;
3.Experienced in Internet product positioning, differentiation, able to complete product roadmap and feature planning;
4.Strong technical background with intuitive design sense, expert knowledge in web base technologies;
5.Incredibly data analytical and equally capable and motivated to make strategic and tactical decisions;
6.Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with R&D, testing, and user experience team through the completion of all phases of a major project;
7.Excellent communication skills. Articulate, persuasive and be able to incorporate the perspectives of others;
8.Capable of constructing detailed wireframes that optimize user experience and conversion;
9.Strong in learning and summarization, optimistic to challenge the task under pressure;
10.Combine the knowledge of Web technologies with mobile app design experience;
11.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin;
12.Experience in software development and UI design capabilities is preferred ;
13.Experience in team management is preferred;
14.Bay area candidates are preferred.

Compensation:
1.Annual base salary plus bonus :start from 150K USD
