职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1. Professional execute the mentor program
Trade Channel TA Objective M&E
- WS Sales * 3+ Build up sales talk role play on site
- ON Bar Staff *15+ Product credential (tasting) spot check (giveaway)
- ON Bar Manager *5+ Product benefit (tasting) spot check (giveaway)
- ON Waitress *30+ Product credential spot check (giveaway)
- ON Manasan/key man *10+ Product benefit (dinner) promotion
- Off K/A Buyer *10+ Product benefit (tasting) Key selling points check
- Off General *5+ Product credential Key selling points check
Consumer
- Brand sponsorship event (Golf / PR / Partnership) – Product benefit (tasting)
- High value consumer engagement dinner – Product benefit (diffusion effect)
Internal
- Sales (on & off) – Sales talk (deliver brand message in direct and clear way)
- PG – PG script (product benefit)
- New comers orientation and back office staffs (product credential)
All event / action will have monthly planning and concluded with summary report which includes,
1) # of participates
2) Level of understanding – key points taken
3) Area for an improvement
2. In assist to build up CRM data networking (gain consumer data)
3. Gain trade (competitor & market) insight and consumer (drinking behaviour) insight
4. Clean, neat and professional image in ALL event
5. Well self-discipline in ALL drinking occasion
6. Act as team player (Positive attitude, commitment and passionate to work and whisky)
Qualification:
1. Education Background 学历背景:
- College graduated and above.
2. Working Experience Preferred 工作年限要求:
- Minimum 5 years of experience on Spirits business is preferred
- Public training/speaking and seminar delivery
3. Personality 偏好性格:
- Highly motivated individual, energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented
- Able to plan, organize program
- Customer and result oriented
- Cross-culturally sensitive
- Self starter with great sense of self-initiative
- Outgoing, comfortable in bar/nightclub drinking environment
- Strong adaptability for growth and changes
4. Language Skill 语言要求:
- Fluent in spoken & written Mandarin.
- Basic English communication skill
5. PC Knowledge 电脑要求:
- Good PC skills particular on MS Office
6. Others 其它:
Skills
- Good presentation, listening and communication skills
- Good interpersonal and networking to influence purchase decision
- Good social etiquette
Knowledge
- Excellent wines and spirits knowledge (cognac, whisky, white spirits, Chinese wines etc)
- Appreciation of high quality standard and culture
