Key Responsibilities:
- Overall manage China Lab daily operation.
- Manage lab technicians to achieve operation needs; provide training and continuously improve staff capability and competence.
- Conduct product testing for both development and mass production phases product qualification and validation.
- Able to prioritize lab operation to meet multiple lab operation needs.
- Ensure that the lab has the appropriate equipment for the tests.
- Set up equipment operation, calibration and maintenance SOPs and plans for the lab.
- Implement and maintain the continuous improvement in the lab.
- Responsible for safety & environment issues and create safe, proper and comfortable working and testing environment.
- Implement 5S discipline in lab.
- Ensure the testing standards and regulations are up to date with regional and global requirements.
- Systematically archive testing reports and documents.
- Approve the test results and conduct investigation for unusual results.
- Work closely with the external labs for out sourced tests and certification.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Requirements:
- Adhere to principles, firmness in ensuring quality, sense of quality first, sharp eye on quality issues, thrive under pressure, conscientious, emotionally stable, honest & trustworthy, proactive in pushing quality improvement initiatives.
- College or above and excellent English is a must.
- At least 5 years lab analysis operation work with minimum two years experiences as Lab Supervisor.
- Good at PC skills.
- Good at communication and able to work cross-functionally.
