职位描述
Basic Function
Under the FTB&CI Team Manager, Quality in Sigma China, the incumbent is responsible for:
1. Responsible for improving elevator electrical product and process, and advancing quality level to meet market requirement.
2. Responsible for timely and effective solving elevator electrical FTB from jobsite to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Assist the team leader to manage SIGMA internal related elevator CI issue to correct quality problem on jobsite timely and accurately.
Duties & Responsibilities
1.Handling related elevator electrical FTB (Field Turn Back) system and assign issue to responsibility department timely
2.Investigate issue which in FTB system and inform detail information to related department for effectively and timely solving, secure achieve monthly solving ratio
3.Assist the team leader to accomplish elevator FTB TOP for advancing company quality level
4.Analyze turn back electrical components and make a report about the root cause which results in its damage. According to analysis report, follow up improvement about the components
5.Assist the team leader to organize and coordinate related elevator CI document preparation, application and material distribution to correct quality problem on jobsite timely.
6.100% attend EH&S training, to ensure accomplish company target.
Qualifications
1.Electronic Bachelor degree or above
2.More than two year working experience about electronic industry.
3.Skilled experience in electronic production analysis.
4. Expert in Micro Controller Unit and related electric circuit knowledge.
5.Good at English speaking and writing
6.Strongly Analytical, judgment and Communicate skill
