职位描述/ Position Description：

负责公司计量器具管理相关业务。

Be Responsible for metrology business.

主要职责/Major Responsibilities：

· 执行公司计量体系与流程。

Execute company metrology system and process.

· 管理公司计量器具台账。

Manage company gage list.

· 处理计量器具外部检定或校准业务。

Handle outside gage verification or calibration.

· 实施公司内部计量器具检定或校准业务。

Implement inside gage verification or calibration.

· 实施MSA活动

Implement MSA activity

绩效评估标准 Performance valuation standards：

· 计量体系与过程的可靠运行。

The reliable operation of the gage control system and process.

· 计量器具检定率。

Gage verification or calibration rate.

· 因不合格的计量器具造成的产品质量事故情况。

Product quality issues caused by nonconforming gage control.

· 因计量器具检定或校准不及时造成的停产情况。

Line stop caused by inefficient gage verification or calibration.

任职条件/Qualification:

· 大学本科及以上学历

Bachelor or above .

· 计量检定方面有一定的专业知识和实践经验；

Familiarize the gage control, have enough special knowledge and practice experience;

· 熟悉计量相关法规；

Familiarize the gage related regulars;

· 良好的组织、协调及表达能力；

Well organization, coordination and communication ability;

· 良好的敬业精神，具有团队协作及解决问题的能力；

Dedication, teamwork and solving problem ability;
