职位描述 Position Description:
负责发动机零部件的入厂质量检查，及时收集获知生产现场批量性质量问题，协助工程师完成质量问题的处理。
With responsibility for inspecting the incoming parts of engine, collecting mass-quality issues timely during production and assisting with quality engineers to accomplish the dispose of quality issues.
主要职责/Responsibilities:
根据入厂验收明细、检验规范进行质量检查，并作好原始记录
Perform quality inspection of incoming parts on the basis of the check list and inspection specification and complete the original records daily.
收集生产现场外协件批量性质量问题
Collect the mass-quality issues of outsourcing parts during production.
协助工程师处理生产过程质量问题
Assist with quality engineers to accomplish the dispose of quality issues.
监督库存问题零件的及时分拣或返修
Monitor the storage parts to be sorted and reworked timely.
对工程/过程变更件产品的质量追踪
Implement quality tracking for changed parts in the engineering/process
对来件缺陷进行可视化管理
Realize the visual management of incoming part demerit
协助上级完成车间管理工作（安全、检查工具、5S等）
Assist with leader to manage the workshop (Safety, tools, 5S etc.)
任职要求qualification：
? 高中毕业及以上学历
Senior high school or up
? 有发动机生产及质量检验经验者优先
Have experience for engine manufacture and quality inspection is better
? 良好的协调及表达能力
Well organization, coordination and communication ability;
? 良好的敬业精神，具有团队协作及解决问题的能力
Dedication, teamwork and solving problem ability;
? 能够适应白班夜班周期性交替工作
Can be alternation for day shift and night shift
? 熟悉零部件加工工艺和检查方法
Be familiar with quality standard of measuring and know about parts processing technic.
? 有独立工作能力，工作踏实，仔细认真，善与人沟通，责任心强，有团队合作精神，能承担工作中的压力；
Be independent, careful and earnest, with good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, has the team spirit, can take on the working stress;
