职位描述 Position Description：
作为道路试验与评价工，负责对整车实施总装检查、检测线测试、道路试验、外观检查、用户终验收、出具产品合格证的工作。
The Vehicle inspector is with responsibility for assembly inspection、detection line inspection、road test、aspect inspection、final acceptance and issue the qualified product certificate.

主要职责/Responsibilities：
? 负责整车质量检验。
Be responsibility for vehicle Inspection.
? 严格按图纸或检验工艺标准对车辆进行检验、质量控制；
Strictly inspect and control the quality of vehicle according to the drawing or inspection process.
? 根据检验结果进行质量判定；
Implement quality judgment based on inspection result.
? 负责收集、整理、反馈检验过程中发生的质量信息；
Be responsible with collecting and collate the quality information, make feedback of it during the inspection process.
? 对不合格产品进行记录，并按规定进行处理；
Record the unqualified products and dispose it accordingly.

绩效评估标准/Performance Evaluation Standards：
? 生产任务完成率
Completion ratio of production.
? 车辆/动力质量水平的真实性
The quality/PT level for vehicle is authentic.
? 出勤率
Attendance

任职要求/Job Qualification：
? 高中毕业及以上学历
Senior high school or higher
? 有汽车生产及质量检验经验者优先
Have experience for vehicle manufacture and quality inspection.
? 有驾驶车辆经验，且有实际驾驶经验1年或1万公里以上
Could drive vehicle well, actual drive experience more than one year or more than 10000km drive experience.
? 良好的协调及表达能力
Own good organization, coordination and communication ability;
? 良好的敬业精神，具有团队协作及解决问题的能力
Own Professionalism, teamwork spirit and problem-solving ability;
? 能够适应白班夜班周期性交替工作
Can be alternation for day shift and night shift
