职位描述 Position Description：
快速分析工程师，负责快速分析区域内每日缺陷数据汇总以及反馈，组织及联络post-it会议以及危机管理会议，安排整车缺陷问题的厂内排查。协调工程师对快速分析人员展开培训以及提升快速分析人员工作能力
The quick analysis engineer is responsibility for daily defect data summarization and feedback in quick analysis, organize and lead post-it meeting and crisis management meeting on site. Also he should arrange defective vehicles sorting in plant. Coordinate engineer to give the training for quick analysis worker and improve the worker’s ability.

主要职责 Responsibilities：
? 组织快速分析区域的相关标准文件的编写及完善
Organize the drafting and improving of standards for quick analyze area.
? 针对每日整车缺陷进行分析汇总，并定期汇报和报警；
Analyze and collect vehicles defects every day, and give the regular report and alert
? 牵头组织每日的post-it现场会议，督促制造部门的问题整改
Take the lead for daily post-it meeting on site, supervise manufacture department to give the improvement
? 协调相关部门和团队，对重大或者关键缺陷进行危机管理
Cooperate with related department or teams, and take the crisis management for important and critical defects
? 整车生产过程出现重大问题时，组织对厂内实车进行追溯和排查，负责IT系统批量车辆的围堵
Organize manpower do the vehicle recheck and traceability when big defect appear in manufacture process, also do the vehicles blocking in IT system
? 支持快速分析人员对疑难问题的分析以及展开工人技能方面的培训和能力提升
Support the quick analysis worker for puzzling question, and do the technical training or ability improvement
绩效评估标准 Performance valuation standards：
? 整车生产的相关质量指标
The relevant vehicles quality indicators.
? 重大问题提出及时性，车辆排查的有效性
Big quality issues raising immediately and effectiveness for vehicle sorting.
? 缺陷待返修车辆流转的顺畅性
Logistic flow unhindered with defective vehicles for waiting rework

任职要求/Job qualification:
? 汽车相关专业的本科及以上学历
Bachelor degree or above with automobile correlated major.
? 具备两年以上汽车工作经历，熟悉整车检查活动的开展；
With above two years vehicle manufacture experience, familiar with vehicle inspection activities
? 熟悉整车/零部件产品的制造过程和工艺；
Familiar with the vehicle / parts manufacturing and process;
? 对汽车技术和汽车基础知识有基本的掌握。
Master basic vehicle techniques and fundamental knowledge of automobiles.
? 具有较强分析问题，解决问题的能力
With strong ability for analyzing defect and solving problems
? 逻辑清晰，描述问题准确，熟练运用办公软件；
Clear logic, accuracy for defect description, proficiency application for office software
? 性格开朗，良好的敬业精神，具有团队协作及解决问题的能力；
With Open personality, own good professionalism, teamwork spirit and problem-solving ability;
? 良好的英语听说读写能力
? Good English written, listening , reading and speaking
