职位描述 / Position Description

作为生产线控制专员，保证工厂生产按照生产计划均衡有序进行，实现柔性化生产，负责进行生产指示、生产顺序控制、生产进度追踪和生产状况信息的汇总和管理。

As an Production Control specialist, ensure plant production follow production schedule and realize balanced, sequenced and

Flexible production, and should be in charge of production instruction, sequence control and progress follow –up and grasping production status.

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

• 通过生产控制系统进行生产指示；

Giving production instruction through production control system;

• 对产品生产顺序进行控制和灵活调整，实现均衡化生产；

To control production sequence and make appropriate adjustment, so as to realize balanced production;

• 密切追踪各车间的生产进度，并根据情况合理调整工作时间，保证生产进度；

To keep tight attention on production progress, and according to production status adjust work time to ensure the target be achieved;

• 对生产状况数据收集、分析和整理，定期向相关部门和管理层提供生产状况报告；

To collect and analyze production status, and provide report periodically to related functions and management level;

• 积极组织与协调各职能部门，对影响交付进度的质量问题及时制定方案和妥善处理；

To organize and coordinate with related functions, to handle quality issues which will affect delivery progress and then make plan and take timely and proper measures;

• 对车辆识别代号进行数据库维护，并负责相应的编制、存档等管理。

To maintain vehicle identification number database and be in charge of VIN assignment and archiving, etc.

任职要求/ Qualifications：

· 大学或专科学院毕业（工业工程/生产管理控制专业优先考虑）
University or technical college graduate (Prefer Industrial Engineering)

· 英文程度: 能够熟练进行商务交流，通过大学英语四级
English language: Fluent in terms of business communication，pass CET-4

· 1年以上生产现场工作经验
More than 1 year's Production floor experience.

· 具备基本的电脑使用技能与知识（E-Mail, WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint）

Basic personal computer's skill and knowledge (E-Mail, WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint)

· 较好的协调能力，头脑灵活，工作认真仔细

Good coordination skill, flexible ideas, punctilious
