Role
- Assist in sourcing, procurement, inventory control, logistics and supplier management;
- Request for quotes from approved suppliers and potential suppliers according to work instructions;
- Identify target suppliers of required or alternative materials at competitive prices;
- Maintain and update supplier database such as prices, deliveries, product specifications and
certification, payment terms and statistical records for compliance with established polices and
global office reference;
- Place orders and follow up confirmed deliveries with approved suppliers in reference to customer
orders received;
- Update sales, engineering and production teams on production and delivery status of suppliers;
- Assist in inventory control including buffer material stock with suppliers;
- Assist in sample development in terms of material sourcing, cost-down review, specifications and
certification;
- Assist in supplier performance assessment and record filing according to ISO requirements.

Requirements
- College graduate in Business Administration/Engineering/Purchasing & Supply Chain Management;
- Over 3 years of solid experience in sourcing and procurement of electronic components in
multinational manufacturing companies;
- Good electronic component and ISO knowledge;
- Good negotiation and communication skills with result-oriented mind;
- Fair spoken and written English required.

In2tec Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Limited, an air-conditioned subsidiary factory of In2tec Ltd in UK and conveniently located in Guanlan, Shenzhen, specializes in quality membrane switch manufacturing and PCB assembly.
Working time is 8 hours a day and 5 days a week with meal and accommodations allowance (except for dormitory room assigned). Pension, labor insurance and remuneration strictly according to the labor ordinances in force or better.
