职位描述

l With 10 years QC experience in furniture industry. At least 5 years leadership in the same position.

l Good understanding of European quality standards and safety regulations regarding furniture products. , Familiar with dining chairs, tables, metal product. Sofa.

l Large technical knowledge and experience about production processes of furniture

l Good understanding of European corporate way of thinking

l Development of existing and new furniture in cooperation with the technician team and the purchasing team.

l Development of technical solutions in accordance with the suppliers and their production opportunities in order to ensure the required quality.

l Leadership of the QC team, working with suppliers to ensure company quality requirements by regular process and production surveillance.

l devising and establishing a company’s quality procedures, standards and specifications;

l Monitoring and reporting quality levels, Reporting to Representative and HQ Technical supervisor

l General responsibility for the required quality-level of the delivered products.

l Good communication skil,.organising and planning; an aptitude for analysis; teamworking;.appreciation of other work disciplines..problem-solving skills and initiative;.strong attention to detail and an investigative nature;.the potential to lead and motivate others;

l College or University degree required, engineering and production related degrees preferred

l good English speaking and writing (required)

Chinese speaking and writing (advantageous)

German speaking and writing (advantageous)

l 在家具行业拥有10年以上的质检经验。至少有5年担任领导一职。

l 对欧洲家具产品质量标准和安全法规有良好的理解,熟悉餐桌,餐椅,金属制品。沙发等产品质检。

l 具有丰富的家具产品生产流程经验。

l 对欧洲企业的思维方式有良好的理解。

l 与技术人员及采购团队密切合作,具备开发能力,有利于开发现有的,以及新的家具产品。

l 与供应商密切合作,共同提出技术解决方案,以确保所要求的质量。

l 领导QC小组,与供应商合作,以确保公司的质量要求,对常规生产及生产工艺进行监控。

l 设计和建立公司的质量程序,标准和规范;

l 监测和报告各供应商的质量水平,向公司首席代表和总部的技术主管报告

l 总体负责以及保证公司产品所需的质量水平。

l 良好的沟通技巧,具有组织和策划能力;问题分析能力强;团队合作精神强;解决问题的能力和主动性强;强烈关注细节,重视问题调查;领导和激励他人的潜力。

l 大专或大学本科以上学历,工程和生产相关度优先

l 良好的英语口语和写作(要求)
