Job description:
1. Responsible to drive distribution channel deploy small & medium customer business on RF products (focus on mobile devices)
2. Define channel driven strategy on small & medium customers
3. Coach and drive distributor to achieve company target on small & medium customer business.
4. Drive & Push distributors increase sales and FAE competency
Requirements
We are looking for an aggressive sales with solid background in semiconductors field.
- Bachelor/Master degree in Electronics/Communication is preferred
- Strong and solid technical background on RF products
- At least three years’ experience in semiconductor company with job role of FAE/AE or R&D or technical sales.
- Aggressive and hard work
- Mature, outgoing & good communication skills;
- Fluent English and Mandarin;
