Job Description:

The primary objectives of this position are to support the creation and production of printed and online marketing materials of China market activities

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:

• Track and maintain marketing production files (print, online, etc.)
• Manage all marketing materials through the approval process, including technical, legal and trademark approvals
• Coordinate all translations through approval
• Manage printing of all marketing materials
• Arrange for payment of bills
• Coordinate with freelancers and agencies to ensure timely completion and delivery of projects
• Provide pdf copies of all newly approved materials to admin support personnel of the appropriate business(es)
• Trade show preparation and follow-up: coordinate food, furniture, collateral, give-away items, booth staffing, lead management program and sales lead data entry
• Partner with marketing team members to develop and build accurate project timelines, update timelines
• Proactively communicate project and timeline status and issues with Sales Associates, Product Specialists and others
• Special marketing projects as assigned
• Work with colleagues in other regions to ensure consistent use of tools and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree, preferably in Marketing or Advertising; at least two years of relevant experience
• Fluent in oral and written English

• Ability to work independently and in small teams to deliver projects on time and budget
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Strong organization skills—efficient and accurate
• Self discipline
• Good stability
• Willingness to learn
• Open minded
