JD:
1) Sourcing Engineers Team Management Tasks
a) As direct superior to all sourcing engineers except employment and salary decision
b) Monitor on Sourcing Engineer’s Activity and SAP Operation Monitoring
c) Training to all sourcing engineers at least 3 times a year with test
2) As lead of project member in all New Product Introduction of Sourcing Aspects (all new projects)
a) Including BOM, Second Source Definition, Prices, Raw Material Availability for sample series or Pilot run and other related sourcing engineering topics
b) Distribute all meeting requirements to responsible sourcing engineers and ensure it’s execution to meet all planned targets
3) GSAT Consolidation after reviewed with Purchasing Manager before Intranet Updates
--- Subjects to review and approved by LSCM before Intranet Update to share with GSC
4) Quarterly Cost Reduction Plan and Solution
5) Sub-Contracting Projects
6) SAP Master Data Maintenance
7) Internal Processes Document Management including QMS Documents
8) CRA Management of Sourcing Engineering Aspects
9) Plan and drive for Competitors analysis
10) As lead of New supplier selection, assessment and audit of sourcing aspects
11) Other assignments from the superior

Requirement:
- Min. 3 years professional experience in similar position
- Specific knowledge and source network in electronic and electrical components according the responsibilities
- College Degree
- Good English and Chinese ( fluent in speaking, writing and reading )
- Basic Computer knowledge in Ms Excel, Ms Word and in depth knowledge with ERP (SAP) Packages

工作地点1：深圳市龙华区民治街道民康路民兴工业区1970科技园（研发中心）；
工作地点2：深圳市龙华区观澜街道泗黎路硅谷动力射频园（运营中心），工作地位于泗黎路硅谷动力射频园的岗位，会提供班车。（目前有五条班车线路：宝安线，龙华线，布吉线，龙岗线和石岩观澜线）
