Job Summary: Define, implement and improve standards in order to achieve manufacturing targets (typically delivery performance, scrap rate, productivity, tool cost, 0-km-defects). Management of improvement projects.

Responsibilities:
1. Plan new or used machines according to TPZ
2. Define MAE specification with related departments (TEF, TME)
3. Selects supplier based on IPN requirements, cost and Quality performance
4. Implement improvement projects in new MAE specification
5. Plan layout, installation and release of new MAE
6. Release MAE for series production
7. Defines Value stream design based on BP, system CIP and department targets
8. Define and document manufacturing standards according to the company policy and procedures (typical examples include: work instruction, changeover instruction, adjustment instruction, layout, flow chart, FMEA, CP, specification of tools and fixtures, reorder points for tools and fixtures)
9. Initiate and follows 8D reports, PSS and concessions

Requirements:
1. Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or comparable work experience
2. Good project management and problem solving skills
3. Ability to motivate others
4. Process orientation
