English CV is required together with Chinese CV.
招聘要求 Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering.
Experience:
At least 5 years working experience in the aftersales field.
Ideally experience in the Chinese / Asian market.
Solid professional background on aftersales.
Specific Knowledge/skills:
Intercultural communication competency, English fluent.
Basis management skills, familiar with reporting to management level.
Profound understanding of service and parts processes (service, parts, warranty and training).
Knowledge of BYD resp. Daimler development and aftersales processes.
岗位职责 Work Responsibilities:
1. Design of serviceable product
1.1 Define procedure for disconnecting high voltage, taking into account technical regulations and requirements.
1.2 Define maintenance & repair methods for relevant components incl. HV-system.
1.3 Derive from above mentioned task and define workshop equipment & tooling incl. special tools.
1.4 Derive from above mentioned task and define replacement parts concept in order to get serviceable products for the Tiger.
2. Diagnosis system
2.1 Conduct diagnosis definition meetings for relevant components incl. HV-system.
2.2 Define diagnosis and flash requirements with involved partners of R&D and production.
2.3 Implement abovementioned requirements in aftersales diagnosis tool.
2.4 Perform quality assurance on diagnosis tool implementation based on tests and field feedback in order to get a professional diagnosis system.
3. Customer and retail literature
3.1 Develop and implement product introduction- and service manuals.
3.2 Develop and implement customer and repair manuals.
3.3 Develop and implement wiring diagrams and functional descriptions.
3.4 Derive from work field 1 and define labour times and flat rates in order to provide professional technical information to customers and dealers.
4. The product technology improvement
Continuously put forward relevant technical improvement advice according to the new product design improvement for the technical documents, assist with new product changing outfits, modification, and tracking verification in order to continuously improve service quality.
5. Field technical support
5.1 Provide timely and thoughtful field support to guide and supervise the personnel’s maintenance work.
5.2 Provide remote technical support, by phone, mail and other means in order to improve dealers’ technical personnel technical level and improve customer satisfaction.
6. Special maintenance tools and repair equipment business management and technical support
In order to meet dealers’ aftersales demands, deal with special maintenance tools and motor repair equipment necessary, ordering and support.
7. Task Reporting
7.1 Ongoing safeguarding and reporting of project relevant task milestones on basis of aftersales plan.
7.2 Reporting and presentation of quality gates results in order to inform the management on work experience, accomplishment and gained insight.
7.3 Definition and initiation of counter-measures where necessary and required in co-operation with both JV partners.
8. Methods/processes
Define and optimize methods and processes in order to improve quality and efficiency in above mentioned work fields.
