Job Description:

· Be experts in diagnosing and repairing problems, identify weak points in machinery and identify solutions.

· Understands and provides solutions to resolve process and operational constraints.

· Develop and updates preventative maintenance schedules based upon repair data with Engineering. Maintain machinery repair logs.

· Be capable of install and shop designed upgrades. Be willing to improve existing equipment or processes whenever the need arises.

· Integrates process and business needs to drive development of functional specifications for processes and equipment.

· Understands and identifies process hazards, control measures, and the environmental impact.

· File machine troubleshooting &maintenance record. modification drawing and project reports.

· Working closely with team members to achieve machine unplanned down time target.

· Reasonable spare parts prepared and fulfiled.

· Develop, manage and maintain coordination of project.

Requirements:

1. College above on Electrical Engineering or Automation Control with good knowledge base and strong application skill, hands on capability.

2. Above 3 years troubleshooting and maintenance experience on complex auto-control machine

( worked in Textile/paper/film/tape etc. is preferred.)

3. Good PLC & HMI programming skill. Knowledgeable in control system (specially in Circuit )

4. Willing to learn and develop, self motivated with high level of initiative.

5. Has experience of mechanical relative design, installation, maintenance; commissioning or Textile or printing relative experience is preferred.

6. Enjoy troubleshooting on both mechanical and electrical.

7. Good verbal and written English, Excellent communication skills.

8. Be able to work on shifts.
