职位描述:

1、 对品牌及店铺所售产品进行深入了解和理解，时时关注品牌和产品的最新动向；

2、 熟悉店铺所售产品的产品线及分类，熟悉产品基本知识，分析掌握产品的特性和优势；

3、 与产品摄影师及设计师沟通，定义产品风格，协助摄影师拍摄完成整个产品拍摄；编辑产品描述，产品卖点，推荐理由， 流行要素，搭配建议等，协助设计师完成宝贝详情页，最大程度促成销售，并根据店铺各项数据分析进行优化；

4、运营推广的需求，对店铺日常数据、产品数据及活动数据进行分析，协助制定调整及优化方案，并协助具体执行;

5、 时时关注竞品和竞争店铺的信息，并进行相关的数据分析；

6、 热爱时尚，通过杂志、网络，达人，社交类网站，论坛 了解行业流行趋势，通过对商品未来需求分析，提供商品新款的研发方向。

岗位职责：

1、2年以上相关工作经验，有天猫工作经验者优先；

2、熟悉天猫店铺后台各项操作，对天猫的规则和流程有一定的认识；

3、熟悉EXCEL公式运用，能熟练运用vlookup、sumif、mid、left、right等基础统计函数以及数据透视等操作；AXURE工具熟练使用。

4、有一定的时尚敏锐度，观察力强，分析能力强，对数字敏感；

5、有较强的沟通协调能力，和团队协作意识；
