职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 负责带领公司团队，完成天猫及各平台网店运营工作，包括商城功能策划、在线宣传推广、活动策划、店铺装修等日常运营；
2、 负责制定猫及各平台网店的年度、季度、月度运营策略计划并有效执行；
3、 负责公司猫及各平台网店广，提高店铺点击率、浏览量和转化率，完成目标销售额；
4、 负责店铺推广和线上活动和专题的策划等，分析数据并提高网店的点击率和销售；
5、 把控天猫店建设起来的各个细节；
6、 负责公司整体运营团队技术方面的专业提升。
岗位要求：
1、 3年以上天猫运营、营销策划、电子商务经理/总监经验；
2、 有天猫运营团队建设及管理经验（运营团队人数10人以上）；
3、 熟悉天猫营销规则、网络营销和电子商务运作模式；
4、 精通天猫营销工具，精通营销推广；
5、 精通天猫营销规则,熟悉天猫会员的购物习惯和购物心理，参加过天猫各种中大型营销活动经验，有成功案例者优先。
