工作职责：

1、 汇报财务状况和经营成果，定期或不定期汇报各项财务收支和盈亏情况，以便领导及时进行决策；

2、 负责与公司内相关部门进行业务沟通，确保财务信息的准确及时；

3、 根据国家会计法及有关法律法规，遵守公司规章制度，建立健全内部会计核算制度，组织公司日常财务核算，确保公司会计报表、纳税资料的完整性，准确性和及时性；

4、 维护好银行、财税机关等外围关系；

5、 组织及领导编制财务预算工作，利用会计核算资料，定期进行财务分析；

任职资格

A 全日制本科及以上学历，会计、财务管理等相关财经类专业；

B 具备中级会计师及以上职称；

C 十年以上财务管理工作经验，能够熟练操作全盘会计账务处理，熟练使用财务软件；

D具备优秀的财务分析、资金调动、成本控制、税务筹划的能力及财务制度建立和完善，并能够从相关数据中发现和解决问题；

E精通国家财税法律规范，具备优秀的职业判断能力和丰富的财会项目分析处理经验；

F工作责任心强，具有较强的沟通与组织协调及管理能力和团队协作精神，能承受较大工作压力；

G 有会计师事务所经验或港资、外资公司财务管控经验优先考虑；

H 工作主动、细致、严谨，并具有战略前瞻性思维。
