Job Requirements
Search for information according to information received from a client of the library.
1.Searches in the local database according to manufacturer’s name and component
catalogue number, as received by the client.
2.Searches on the manufacturer’s site according to manufacturer’s name and component
catalogue number or description of the component (if received).
3.Saves the information sheet in the local database. Analysis of the information sheet and
entering relevant data.
4.Enters information of high value for automatic search for component in the database: -
PNS
5.Enters information valuable for continuing the production process of the component. -
MPKG - Subtype – component’s functionality - Material – the material of which the
component’s casing is made.
6.Enters data relevant for the department’s internal needs: - Page numbers - Dates of
information sheets. Completion of the assignment.
7.Defines the reason for inability to complete the assignment.
8.Authorizes data.

Job Qualifications
Education:
1.academic qualification

2.High level of English. Professional experience: ? Internet search ? Use of Office
programs.
Required attributes:
1.Able to understand technical data and read technical drawings.
2.Able to follow rules and professional directives (highly self-disciplined).
3.Meticulous and detail-oriented.
4.Quick to comprehend
5.Able to work independently, use judgement and draw conclusions.
6.Able to work for long periods at the computer.
7.Able to cope with monotonous work for long periods.
8.Good interpersonal relations
