For the supervision of our suppliers and growing areas in Asia we are looking at the earliest opportunity for a
Cultivation Manager

In this versatile job you will supervise our cultivation projects mainly in China and act as the regional extension arm of TEEKANNE's Quality Department.

Job Responsibilities:
Consultation and auditing of our existing suppliers/growers
Evaluation of new growing areas for our raw materials (different herbs, fruits and tea)
Ensuring the adherence to TEEKANNE quality standards in close collaboration with headquarters in Germany
Train and advise contact persons on-site, and be responsible for the reporting

Qualifications:
Degree in Agronomy / Agricultural Technology
At least one year work experience, preferably with an international background
Profound knowledge of plant production and food processing
Basic knowledge of international quality-and hygiene standards is a plus
Willingness to extensive travelling inside and outside of China
Fluency in Chinese and German or English language
Communication and intercultural skills
Loyal and initiative
