职位描述

Hierarchical Dependence:
Business Chinese Area Manager jointly with General Management.

Objective:
Convert to Clipper lighters as the leading brand in the Chinese market.

Responsible for:
Develop and implement the business strategy (sales and marketing) of commercial Chinese subsidiary of Clipper in the local market.
Responsible for the development and implementation of the Business Plan of the Subsidiary.
Responsible for making and monitoring the annual budget.
Must therefore take responsibility for the Operational Profit & Loss Account of the trading subsidiary.
Responsible for managing the sales subsidiary in Marketing, sales and customer service areas.

Features:
Develop the Marketing and Sales Plan:
- Definition of commercial areas.
- Responsible to achieve organizational objectives.
- Defining and building the proper distribution network.
- Securing the pricing policy.
- Securing the promotional policy.
- Product launches plans.
- Lead the teams of marketing, sales and customer service.
- Finding new categories alliances and business opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
Proven commercial experience min. three years as head of a FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Good) company in Retail sales channels.
Demonstrated experience in managing commercial and marketing teams min. three years.
Very valuable experience as KAM.
Very valuable experience in impulse consumer channel.

Profile:
Ideally Age from 40 years, exceptionally candidates from 35.
No personal backpacks.

Training:
- University degree preferably linked to Business Administration.

Languages:
- High level English is essential.
- Chinese very valuable.

Availability:
- To tackle a project at least 3 years living in Shanghai.
- Must be willing to travel within the Chinese territory very often (support sales team, factory tours)
