Main Tasks and Duties:

· Support of Sales for Quotations and Issuance of Contracts in commercial / financial and judicial questions

· Release of Orders for Production

· Responsible for Inventories “Finished Goods” (Machines technically finished but not invoiced)

· Control of Receipt of agreed Down Payments

· Control of Receipt of agreed Letter of Credits on-time and check of LC-Terms with contractual Terms and in compliance with general conditions

· Control of Receipt of agreed payments being due before shipment

· Acquisition of Foreign Currency Exchange Covers for orders concluded not in RMB-Currency

· Check of delivery dates and coordination with forwarders and customers

· Application for Transport-Insurances

· Issuance of relevant invoices: Proforma-, Customs- and/or Final Invoice

· Issuance of Packing-List / Delivery Note

· Handling of all customs affairs on import and / or export side

Assigned Responsibilities

Control, adherence and enforcement of the existing internal group-company-guide-lines and the existing laws.

Education:

MBA

Commercial Education / Commercial Experience

Ability:

? Commercial expert knowledge and judicial basic knowledge
? English Language (business fluent)
