Position : Industrial Engineer

- to determine the most effective ways of improving production / industrial processes.

- apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.

- draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.

- develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization.

- to develop management control systems to aid in financial planning and cost analysis

- to assist in the development of wage and salary administration system and job evaluation programs
- to work closely with HR Dept to setup elements for allocating job allowances, merit pay, and bonuses

- Industrial Engineer must be good in at solving problems by combining technical knowledge with a sense of human capabilities/limitations

- be able to cooperate with other engineers, technicians and managers; be able to present written and oral reports having good communication skills
