基本职责：1.Comply with OTIS global safety regulations.

2.Strictly comply with UTC Ethics & Business requirements.
严格执行UTC道德规范要求。
3.Strictly compliance with Act SOX404 requirements.
严格遵守美国SOX404法案要求。
4.Analyze customer needs, acts as customers’ voice and change into product requirements.
分析研究客户需求，转化成产品需求。
5.Propose specific programs of product improvement and new product development in combination with market segmentation.
结合市场细分，提出产品改进，新产品的具体方案。
6.Involved throughout the product development process (PDP).
全程参与产品开发流程。
7.Study deeply of the competitor product information.
深入研究竞争对手产品信息。
8.Participate in the new product releases and product switching, make and implement plans of new product releases.
参与新产品发布及产品切换，制定新新产品发布计划并实施。
9.Be responsible for regional product training and ensure smooth transmission of information.
负责区域产品的培训，保证信息传递畅通。
Qualifications任职资格
1.Education & Certification 教育背景和专业资格
Bachelor degree or above.
本科及以上, 英语听说读写熟练。
2.Experience工作经验
More than 5 experience in elevator.
5年以上电梯相关工作经验。
3.Knowledge专业知识
Be familiar with elevator components and its operation principles and be able to work independently.
熟悉电梯的部件和运行原理。
独立完成工作的能力。
