职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Customer business development - Develop sales strategies, process/tools and action plan to achieve distribution, display and sales target
2. JBP:
–Understand customer needs, shopper and market insights to formulate business plan and winning trade calendar with the customer (JBP)
–Arrange top to top meetings& JBP sell in.
–Sales target planning and implement, expense budget setting and controlling.
3. Negotiation: Negotiate trading term, promotions, listings and price increase etc. and communicate properly to ensure implementation on time
4. Customer relationship: Build a good relationship with the customers
5. On-going management:
–Review constantly business practices and performance with customer and internally on quarterly basis;
–Plan and monitor trade spend on customer with regions’ support
6. Improve customer service level: Get information from customer and monitor with local team to improve service level
Requirements:
1. At least 4-5 years working experiences in FMCG focusing on retail industry in International KA management & RT management
2. Skillful in business analysis, strategic thinking, effective communication negotiation and presentation skill
3. Good capacity at handling client relationship
4. Good teamwork spirits
5. Fluent in oral and written English
